Referral letters

For all referral letters, whether new or updated, an appointment with your GP is required. We cannot back-date referral letters.

Repeat Scripts

It is important to make a note as to when your regular medication will run out so as to give yourself adequate time to make an appointment with your GP to renew your prescription. Sometimes leaving your repeat script at your regular pharmacy will allow them to alert you when you are on your last script.

We like all patients to book an appointment for repeat prescriptions. This is best practice and the safest way for us to manage your health. You may need blood tests or other monitoring depending on the medication and your health issue.

If in the event an urgent script is needed without an appointment a fee of $20 will apply.

Test Results

Our practice nurse will call you about important or urgent results that need follow up.
